Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPRH (Protein Tyrosine Phosphatase Receptor Type H) is an important receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatase that plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including cell signaling, adhesion, and differentiation. Dysregulation of PTPRH has been implicated in several pathological conditions, including cancer and cardiovascular diseases. Research on PTPRH has gained momentum due to its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent studies indicate that PTPRH is involved in the regulation of stem cell behavior and immune responses, suggesting its importance in tissue homeostasis and regeneration. Moreover, understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying PTPRH function could provide insights into its role in disease progression and the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The production of recombinant PTPRH proteins is essential for elucidating its structure-function relationships and for conducting high-throughput screening of small molecules that may modulate its activity. As such, research on recombinant PTPRH has significant implications for both basic science and clinical applications, paving the way for innovative approaches to treat diseases associated with PTPRH dysregulation.
