Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PTPRM, or protein tyrosine phosphatase receptor type M, is a significant member of the receptor-type protein tyrosine phosphatases (RPTPs) family, which plays critical roles in cellular signaling, development, and tissue homeostasis. PTPRM is known for its involvement in various physiological processes, including cell adhesion, migration, and differentiation. Importantly, it has been implicated in several pathological conditions, such as cancer, where its expression levels and activity can influence tumor progression and metastasis. Given its pivotal role in modulating signal transduction pathways, PTPRM has emerged as a potential therapeutic target. Research efforts have focused on characterizing its structural properties and functional mechanisms, notably through the study of its recombinant proteins. By producing and purifying PTPRM as a recombinant protein, researchers can investigate its enzymatic activity, binding interactions, and regulatory mechanisms in detail. Additionally, recombinant PTPRM can be employed in various assays to elucidate its functions and interactions with other cellular components. This research could lead to a better understanding of its biological roles and potential implications in disease, paving the way for novel therapeutic strategies aimed at targeting PTPRM in disease contexts.
