Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
EP400NL is a member of the E3 ubiquitin ligase family, which plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including protein degradation, signaling pathways, and cellular response to stress. Research on EP400NL has gained prominence due to its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and its association with several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. The protein has been shown to facilitate the recruitment of ubiquitin-conjugating enzymes to target proteins, thereby influencing their stability and function. Recent studies suggest that EP400NL may also play a role in chromatin remodeling and transcriptional regulation, which are essential for maintaining cellular homeostasis. Understanding the functional mechanisms of EP400NL and its interactions within the ubiquitin-proteasome system is crucial for elucidating its potential as a therapeutic target. Further research may lead to the development of novel strategies for treating diseases associated with dysregulated ubiquitination processes, making EP400NL a promising candidate for targeted therapies in molecular medicine.
