Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIPRL (toll/interleukin-1 receptor protein) is a member of the toll/interleukin-1 receptor (TIR) superfamily, playing a crucial role in immune response regulation and cellular signaling pathways. Research into TIPRL has gained attention due to its potential implications in various diseases, including autoimmune disorders and cancer. Understanding the structure and function of TIPRL can unveil new therapeutic targets and strategies for disease management. Recent studies have focused on the recombinant expression of TIPRL to facilitate the investigation of its biochemical properties and interactions. By producing TIPRL as a recombinant protein in suitable expression systems, researchers aim to analyze its role in modulating immune responses, particularly its interaction with other TIR domain-containing proteins. This research not only helps to clarify the biological function of TIPRL but also paves the way for developing novel interventions in related pathologies. Moreover, the ability to produce TIPRL in sufficient quantities could significantly enhance its potential use in vaccine development and therapeutic applications. As such, the study of TIPRL not only contributes to our understanding of innate immunity but also holds promise for advancing biomedical research and improving human health outcomes.
