稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TIGD6, a member of the T cell immunoglobulin and mucin domain (TIM) family, has garnered attention in immunological research due to its role in modulating immune responses. Initially identified in T cells, TIGD6 is thought to participate in the regulation of immune tolerance and inflammation, which are critical in the context of autoimmunity and allergic diseases. Its unique structure, characterized by immunoglobulin-like domains and mucin-like sequences, suggests potential interactions with various ligands and receptors, influencing cellular signaling pathways. The investigation of TIGD6 recombinant proteins has been pivotal in elucidating its functional properties, including its effects on T cell activation and regulatory processes. Recent studies have indicated that TIGD6 may play a role in promoting regulatory T cell differentiation, thereby providing insights into strategies for cancer immunotherapy and treatments for autoimmune conditions. The recombinant expression of TIGD6 allows for detailed biochemical characterization and functional assays, facilitating a deeper understanding of its mechanisms in immune regulation. As research progresses, the potential therapeutic implications of targeting TIGD6 warrant further exploration, aiming to harness its modulatory effects to develop innovative approaches for manipulating immune responses in various diseases.
