Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELP3 is a crucial component of the elongator complex, which plays a significant role in transcriptional regulation and chromatin remodeling. Research into ELP3 recombinant proteins has gained momentum due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including RNA polymerase II transcriptional elongation, tRNA modification, and gene expression control. ELP3’s function is particularly important in several diseases, including cancer, where aberrant transcriptional regulation can lead to uncontrolled cell proliferation. The study of ELP3 has also revealed insights into its interactions with other proteins and its influence on the epigenetic landscape. Understanding the structural and functional characteristics of ELP3 recombinant proteins is essential for elucidating their role in the elongator complex and, consequently, in cellular biology. Furthermore, ELP3 has emerged as a potential therapeutic target, making the development of recombinant proteins for functional studies even more critical. Analyzing ELP3 through recombinant expression systems allows researchers to dissect its mechanism of action and the impact of post-translational modifications, providing valuable information for both basic and applied science. Thus, the ongoing investigation of ELP3 recombinant proteins not only enhances our comprehension of fundamental biological processes but also opens avenues for novel therapeutic strategies targeting transcriptional dysregulation in various diseases.
