Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCFL1, or T cell factor like 1, is a crucial transcription factor involved in various cellular processes, including T-cell development, immune response, and gene regulation. Research into TCFL1 has gained momentum due to its pivotal role in mediating signaling pathways that influence cell proliferation and differentiation. Dysregulation of TCFL1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancers, where it contributes to tumorigenesis by altering gene expression profiles. The study of recombinant TCFL1 proteins allows researchers to elucidate its structural and functional properties, providing insights into its interactions with DNA and other proteins. Recombinant protein studies facilitate the understanding of TCFL1's role in specific pathways, serve as a basis for therapeutic interventions, and enable the development of targeted treatments for diseases where TCFL1 is misregulated. Furthermore, these investigations can aid in the identification of upstream signaling molecules that modulate TCFL1 activity, enhancing our understanding of its involvement in both normal physiology and pathophysiological conditions. Consequently, the research on TCFL1 and its recombinant protein is crucial for advancing our knowledge of immune responses and developing innovative strategies for cancer therapy and other immune-related disorders.
