Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCF7L1 (T-cell factor 7-like 1) is a significant transcription factor that plays a critical role in the Wnt signaling pathway, which is essential for various developmental processes and cellular functions. Its involvement in regulating gene expression makes it a key player in stem cell maintenance, differentiation, and tissue homeostasis. Dysregulation of TCF7L1 has been implicated in several diseases, including cancer, where aberrant Wnt signaling contributes to tumor progression. Research on TCF7L1 recombinant proteins focuses on understanding its molecular mechanisms and interactions, which can clarify its function in both normal physiology and disease states. By exploring the structure-function relationships and the roles of TCF7L1 in cellular contexts, scientists aim to devise potential therapeutic strategies targeting the Wnt pathway. This protein's ability to act as a transcriptional co-activator or repressor, depending on the context, adds complexity to its role in cellular signaling. Advancements in the production and characterization of TCF7L1 recombinant proteins have provided valuable tools for studying its function in vitro and in vivo, which are crucial for developing novel treatments for Wnt-related disorders and enhancing our understanding of stem cell biology.
