Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
E4F1, or E4F transcription factor 1, is a crucial protein involved in various cellular processes, including cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and stress response. Its role in the transcriptional regulation of genes associated with these processes has garnered significant interest in the field of molecular biology. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of E4F1 in cancer biology, as its dysregulation is often linked to tumorigenesis and cancer progression. Researchers aim to understand the specific mechanisms through which E4F1 influences gene expression and cellular behavior, particularly in the context of malignancies. The development of E4F1 recombinant proteins allows for detailed functional assays and helps elucidate its interactions with other cellular components. Structural studies of E4F1, facilitated by advanced techniques such as X-ray crystallography and cryo-electron microscopy, have further revealed insights into its regulatory functions. Insights gained from E4F1 research may provide potential therapeutic targets for cancer treatment, as well as contribute to the development of novel biomarkers for early cancer detection. Overall, the study of E4F1 and its recombinant proteins is crucial for advancing our understanding of cellular regulation and its implications in human health and disease.
