Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TCF25, also known as Transcription Factor 25, is a member of the TCF/LEF (T-cell factor/lymphoid enhancer factor) family of transcription factors implicated in various biological processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, and development. The interest in TCF25 has surged due to its potential role in gene regulation and its association with several diseases, notably cancer. Research indicates that TCF25 may influence the expression of target genes involved in cell cycle control and apoptosis. As a result, studying the recombinant TCF25 protein has become crucial for understanding its function and the molecular mechanisms underlying its activity. The production of this protein in a recombinant form allows for the exploration of its biochemical properties, protein-protein interactions, and its impact on downstream signaling pathways. This research can provide significant insights into how TCF25 contributes to normal development and the pathological processes in diseases, thus opening avenues for therapeutic interventions. The ability to manipulate TCF25 expression and function in vitro and in vivo can lead to the identification of novel biomarkers or targets for drug development, thereby enhancing our understanding of its role in health and disease.
