稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELA2B is a recombinant protein derived from the ELA2 gene, which encodes a member of the elastase family of serine proteases. This protein has garnered significant interest in the field of biomedical research due to its role in various physiological and pathological processes, including inflammation, tissue remodeling, and cancer progression. ELA2B is primarily expressed in immune cells and has been implicated in the modulation of immune responses, making it a potential target for therapeutic interventions in autoimmune diseases and cancer immunotherapy. The recombinant expression of ELA2B allows for the production of large quantities of the protein, facilitating the study of its biochemical properties and functional activities in vitro and in vivo. Additionally, understanding the structure-function relationships of ELA2B could lead to the development of specific inhibitors or modulators that could be leveraged in clinical settings. Overall, research on ELA2B is crucial for elucidating its biological roles and therapeutic potential, paving the way for novel treatment strategies in various diseases.
