Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ZBTB1, a member of the zinc finger and BTB (Bric-a-brac, Tramtrack, and Broad Complex) domain-containing proteins, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various biological processes, including transcription regulation, cell differentiation, and immune response. Research has shown that ZBTB1 is instrumental in modulating gene expression by functioning as a transcriptional repressor, subsequently influencing cellular pathways related to growth and apoptosis. Its involvement in diseases, particularly cancers, has sparked interest in understanding its molecular mechanisms. The study of ZBTB1 recombinant proteins allows for the exploration of its structural properties, functional interactions, and regulatory effects within cells. Recombinant ZBTB1 can be produced using techniques such as recombinant DNA technology, facilitating in vitro studies to elucidate its role in signaling pathways and gene networks. Additionally, understanding the interactions between ZBTB1 and other cellular proteins may provide insights into its function in disease contexts, making it a promising target for therapeutic interventions. Overall, the investigation of ZBTB1 recombinant protein not only enhances our understanding of its biological significance but also paves the way for potential applications in biotechnology and medicine.
