Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ELA3B is a member of the elongation factor family, playing a crucial role in the protein synthesis process within eukaryotic cells. Research on ELA3B focuses on its unique structural and functional characteristics, particularly its involvement in the elongation phase of mRNA translation. Understanding ELA3B's mechanisms can provide insights into cellular metabolism, growth regulation, and response to stress conditions. Previous studies have indicated potential links between ELA3B and various diseases, including cancer, highlighting the importance of this protein in disease pathology. Furthermore, recombinant ELA3B proteins have been produced for functional assays, aiding in the exploration of its interaction with ribosomes and other translation factors. Investigating the properties of ELA3B not only enhances our fundamental understanding of the translational machinery but also opens avenues for therapeutic interventions targeting translation-related disorders. This growing body of research underscores the need for continued study of ELA3B to unravel its significance in cellular functions and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in disease contexts.
