Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The DUB3 protein, an important member of the deubiquitinating enzyme (DUB) family, plays a critical role in regulating cellular processes by modulating protein ubiquitination, a post-translational modification that influences protein stability, localization, and function. Its ability to remove ubiquitin from target proteins can affect numerous signaling pathways involved in cell cycle regulation, apoptosis, and responses to stress. Dysregulation of ubiquitination processes is often associated with various diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, making DUB3 a potential therapeutic target. Research has shown that DUB3 can influence the degradation of oncogenic proteins, thus affecting tumorigenesis. Investigating the structural characteristics and enzymatic mechanisms of DUB3 can provide insights into its biological roles and potential implications in disease. Moreover, understanding how DUB3 interacts with other cellular factors and substrates expands its relevance in the context of cellular homeostasis and pathogenesis. Consequently, DUB3 has garnered attention for its potential as a target for drug development, aiming to restore normal ubiquitination events in diseased cells. As research progresses, DUB3 may illuminate novel avenues for therapeutic intervention in conditions where protein degradation pathways are disrupted.
