稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C4 recombinant protein research focuses on the development and application of a specific type of protein derived from the complement system, which plays a crucial role in the immune response. The complement system is a part of the innate immune system, consisting of a series of proteins that work together to enhance the ability of antibodies and phagocytic cells to clear pathogens from an organism. C4, in particular, is involved in the classical and lectin pathways of complement activation. Its recombinant form allows for detailed studies of its structure and function, as well as its interactions with other components of the immune system. The need for C4 recombinant proteins has increased due to their potential applications in therapeutic interventions, such as treating autoimmune diseases, improving vaccine efficacy, and enhancing organ transplantation outcomes. Additionally, understanding the precise mechanisms of C4 in complement regulation may lead to the development of novel immunomodulatory strategies. Researchers are also investigating the genetic and environmental factors that influence C4 levels and activity, as variations in C4 have been associated with susceptibility to various diseases, including systemic lupus erythematosus and other inflammatory conditions. Overall, the study of C4 recombinant proteins stands at the intersection of immunology, molecular biology, and therapeutic innovation, offering promising avenues for improving human health and disease management.
