Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DTX3L (Deltex Drosophila homolog 3-like) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a crucial role in cellular processes such as signal transduction, cell differentiation, and immune response. Emerging evidence suggests that DTX3L is involved in the regulation of various oncogenic pathways and has implications in cancer biology. Research has shown that DTX3L may modulate the Notch signaling pathway, which is essential for cell fate determination during embryonic development and is often dysregulated in cancers. Additionally, DTX3L has been linked to the maturation of immune cells, highlighting its potential role in immunological disorders. The study of DTX3L and its recombinant protein is particularly important for understanding its functional mechanisms and therapeutic potential. Recombinant DTX3L protein can be utilized in functional assays to elucidate its interactions with substrates and signaling pathways. Such studies could pave the way for the development of novel strategies to target DTX3L in cancer and other diseases, offering insights that could lead to effective therapeutic approaches. Overall, the investigation of DTX3L and its recombinant protein contributes significantly to the field of molecular biology and has potential implications in clinical research, especially concerning tumor biology and immune regulation.
