Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
C4a recombinants have become a significant focus in the field of biotechnology and immunology due to their potential applications in vaccine development and therapeutic interventions. C4a, a fragment derived from the complement component C4, plays a crucial role in the immune response by promoting inflammation and enhancing pathogen clearance. Research has shown that manipulating the structure and function of C4a can improve its efficacy in targeting specific pathogens and modulating immune responses. The study of C4a recombinants aims to understand the molecular mechanisms underlying their activity, including their interactions with immune cells and other components of the complement system. Furthermore, C4a has been explored for use in targeted drug delivery and as an adjuvant in vaccines, which can enhance the efficacy of immunizations against various infectious diseases. Given the increasing emergence of antibiotic-resistant bacteria and the need for novel therapeutic strategies, the continued investigation of C4a recombinants presents a promising avenue for advancing both basic and applied research in immunology and therapeutic development.
