Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WNK3 (With No lysine (K)) is a member of the WNK kinase family, which plays a crucial role in the regulation of ion transport and blood pressure homeostasis. This kinase has garnered significant attention due to its involvement in various physiological processes, particularly in the kidneys, where it modulates the activity of ion channels and transporters. Mutations in the WNK3 gene have been linked to hypertension and other cardiovascular disorders, highlighting its importance in maintaining electrolyte balance. Researchers have increasingly focused on recombinant WNK3 protein to unravel its functional mechanisms and explore its role in pathological states. By producing and studying this protein in a controlled laboratory environment, scientists can investigate its interactions with upstream regulators and downstream effectors, elucidating the signaling pathways it influences. Furthermore, understanding the structure-function relationship of WNK3 may provide insights into the development of novel therapeutic strategies for conditions related to ion transport dysregulation. The exploration of WNK3 recombinant protein not only advances our knowledge of kidney function and vascular regulation but also contributes to the broader understanding of kinase biology in health and disease.
