稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
LAMb2, or Laminin Beta-2, is a crucial component of the extracellular matrix, playing a significant role in cell adhesion, differentiation, and migration. Research on LAMb2 has garnered attention due to its implications in various biological processes and diseases, such as cancer metastasis and muscular dystrophies. This glycoprotein is a part of the laminin family, which is essential for the integrity of basement membranes and is involved in the structural framework of tissues. In particular, LAMb2 is known to interact with cell surface receptors, influencing cellular behaviors that are vital for tissue homeostasis and repair. Abnormal expression or mutation of LAMb2 has been associated with conditions like Alzheimer's disease, diabetic nephropathy, and certain forms of skin disorders. As a result, recombinant LAMb2 proteins have been produced to facilitate in-depth studies of its functions and potential therapeutic applications. Researchers are investigating how recombinant LAMb2 can be utilized in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and targeted drug delivery systems. This protein not only serves as a valuable tool for understanding the molecular mechanisms underlying various pathologies but also holds promise for developing novel treatment strategies aimed at restoring normal tissue homeostasis and function. Advancements in recombinant technology continue to enhance the understanding of LAMb2, paving the way for innovative applications in biomedicine.
