稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAS2R45 is a member of the TAS2R family of taste receptors, which are primarily responsible for the detection of bitter compounds in the oral cavity. This family of receptors plays a crucial role in the human gustatory system, influencing dietary choices and aversive reactions to potentially toxic substances. The study of TAS2R45 is particularly relevant due to its unique ligand specificity and its potential implications in various physiological processes, including the regulation of food intake and metabolism. Research indicates that TAS2R receptors, including TAS2R45, may be involved in not only taste perception but also in other systems such as the immune response and gastrointestinal function, which underscores their biological significance beyond simple taste perception. As such, the investigation of TAS2R45 through recombinant protein studies allows for a deeper understanding of its structure-function relationships, signaling mechanisms, and the molecular dynamics of bitter taste perception. By elucidating these pathways, researchers hope to uncover new therapeutic targets for controlling appetite, managing metabolic disorders, and improving overall health. The exploration of TAS2R45's functionality through protein expression and isolation techniques provides valuable insights into bitter taste receptor biology, paving the way for future studies that could translate into clinical applications.
