Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DSCAML1 (Dendritic Cell-Specific Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-3-Grabbing Nonintegrin Like-1) is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily that plays a critical role in immune responses, particularly in the development and function of dendritic cells. Research indicates that DSCAML1 is involved in various processes such as cell adhesion, signaling, and the modulation of immune responses. Its expression is primarily observed in immune cells, which suggests a specialized function in mediating interactions between dendritic cells and other immune system components. Recent studies have highlighted the importance of DSCAML1 in influencing T cell activation and regulating inflammatory responses, emphasizing its potential as a target for immunotherapy. Given its pivotal role in dendritic cell biology, researchers are focusing on the characterization and functional analysis of DSCAML1 recombinant proteins. These studies aim to unravel the molecular mechanisms underlying its function and to explore its applications in enhancing vaccine efficacy and developing novel therapeutic strategies for autoimmune diseases and cancer. Understanding DSCAML1's role in immune regulation could provide valuable insights into designing interventions that leverage the immune system to combat various diseases.
