Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK1) is a crucial component of the signaling pathways activated by the interleukin-1 (IL-1) and Toll-like receptors (TLRs), which play a pivotal role in the innate immune response. IRAK1 functions as a key mediator in the transduction of inflammatory signals, leading to the activation of downstream effects, including the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines and the adaptive immune response. Dysregulation of IRAK1 has been implicated in various inflammatory diseases, autoimmune disorders, and cancers, making it an attractive target for therapeutic intervention. Recent studies have focused on the structural and functional characterization of recombinant IRAK1 protein to better understand its molecular mechanisms and interactions with other signaling proteins. The ability to produce recombinant IRAK1 has facilitated the investigation of its enzymatic activity, post-translational modifications, and its role in receptor signaling complexes. This research not only provides insights into the fundamental biology of IRAK1 but also opens new avenues for drug development aimed at modulating its activity to treat inflammatory diseases and improve immune responses. Understanding the precise functioning of IRAK1 could lead to innovative therapeutic strategies that could potentially mitigate the impact of various immune-mediated conditions.
