稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
IRAK2 (Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 2) is a crucial component of the innate immune signaling pathway and plays a vital role in mediating the response to pro-inflammatory cytokines, particularly interleukin-1 (IL-1) and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-α). It functions as a serine/threonine kinase that is activated upon receptor engagement, leading to the activation of downstream signaling cascades, including NF-κB and MAPK pathways, which are essential for the production of inflammatory mediators. Dysregulation of IRAK2 has been implicated in various pathological conditions, including autoimmune diseases, chronic inflammatory disorders, and certain cancers. The research on recombinant IRAK2 protein aims to enhance the understanding of its structural and functional characteristics, as well as its role in cellular signaling. Producing a recombinant form of IRAK2 facilitates detailed investigations into its enzymatic activity, interaction with other signaling molecules, and contribution to various cellular responses. Furthermore, deciphering the molecular mechanisms involving IRAK2 can provide valuable insights for the development of targeted therapies to modulate immune responses in disease contexts. The study of IRAK2, particularly through the generation of recombinant proteins, is crucial for developing novel therapeutic strategies and advancing our understanding of immune system regulation in health and disease.
