Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAF1A (TATA-binding protein associated factor 1A) is a crucial component of the transcriptional machinery, playing a significant role in the regulation of gene expression. It is part of the larger TAF (TATA-binding protein-associated factor) complex, which is essential for RNA polymerase II-mediated transcription. Research into TAF1A has gained importance due to its involvement in various cellular processes and its potential link to several diseases, including cancer. High expression levels of TAF1A have been correlated with increased proliferation and invasiveness of tumor cells, suggesting its role as a potential oncogene. Moreover, TAF1A is known to interact with various proteins and transcription factors, influencing chromatin remodeling and gene activation. The recombinant production of TAF1A protein allows for in-depth functional studies, aiding in the understanding of its mechanisms in transcriptional regulation and its contributions to disease pathology. By utilizing advanced biotechnological strategies, researchers aim to elucidate the functional properties of TAF1A, explore its interactions with other cellular components, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target in cancer and other disorders.
