Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
WDR66, a member of the WD-repeat domain-containing protein family, has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various cellular processes including signal transduction, protein-protein interactions, and gene regulation. The research surrounding WDR66 focuses on understanding its function in cellular mechanisms and its implications in diseases such as cancer and neurodegenerative disorders. Studies have suggested that WDR66 may play a critical role in modulating the activity of key regulatory proteins, influencing cell cycle progression and apoptosis. Additionally, its expression patterns in different tissues hint at its involvement in developmental processes and cellular differentiation. The exploration of WDR66 as a recombinant protein serves as a pivotal step in elucidating its biochemical properties, interaction with other biomolecules, and overall functionality within the cell. By employing techniques such as gene cloning, expression in heterologous systems, and subsequent characterization, researchers aim to uncover the molecular underpinnings of WDR66’s activity. This research not only contributes to the fundamental understanding of WD-repeat proteins but also paves the way for potential therapeutic applications, making WDR66 a significant focus in molecular biology and medical research.
