Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SYTL3 (Synaptotagmin-like protein 3) is a member of the SYT (Synaptotagmin) family, which plays crucial roles in synaptic transmission and cellular signaling. The research background for SYTL3 recombinant protein centers around its involvement in neurobiology and cellular processes, particularly in endocytosis and vesicle trafficking. Recent studies have suggested that SYTL3 is associated with the regulation of neurotransmitter release, and its dysfunction may contribute to various neurological disorders. By expressing and purifying recombinant SYTL3, scientists aim to elucidate its structural and functional properties, exploring how it interacts with membrane proteins and lipids. The in-depth characterization of SYTL3, including its binding partners and signaling pathways, can provide insights into its biological role and potential implications in disease mechanisms. Additionally, producing a purified form of SYTL3 opens avenues for drug development and therapeutic interventions targeting neurological conditions. Through these investigations, researchers hope to advance the understanding of synaptic dynamics and the molecular underpinnings of synaptic disorders, potentially leading to novel strategies for treatment.
