Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
The study of ZYX recombinant protein is rooted in its significant role in cellular mechanisms and its potential implications in various biomedical fields. ZYX, or Zyxin, is a cytoskeletal protein that plays a crucial part in cell adhesion, migration, and signaling pathways, particularly in response to mechanical stress. It is predominantly found in focal adhesions, where it interacts with other proteins to facilitate the structural and functional organization of the cytoskeleton. Understanding the function and mechanism of ZYX is important for elucidating its involvement in processes such as tissue remodeling, wound healing, and cancer metastasis. The recombinant expression of ZYX allows researchers to produce high-purity protein for experimental studies, enabling detailed investigations into its biochemical properties and interactions. This has led to the development of various assays and models to explore the effects of ZYX in different cellular contexts, providing insights into its regulatory roles in health and disease. As research in this area advances, the potential therapeutic applications of targeting ZYX pathways in diseases like cancer or fibrosis are becoming more apparent, highlighting the importance of ongoing studies in the field of recombinant proteins and their contributions to cell biology and medicine.
