Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DNAJA2, a member of the DnaJ heat shock protein family, plays a crucial role in protein folding and cellular stress response. It acts as a co-chaperone, assisting Hsp70 in the refolding of denatured proteins and the degradation of misfolded proteins, thereby maintaining cellular proteostasis. Recent studies have shown that DNAJA2 is involved in various physiological processes, including cell growth, differentiation, and apoptosis. Abnormal expression of DNAJA2 has been linked to several diseases, including cancer and neurodegenerative disorders, highlighting its potential as a therapeutic target. Given its significant role in maintaining protein homeostasis, the recombinant expression of DNAJA2 is critical for investigating its functional properties and interactions with other proteins in the context of cellular stress and disease. Research on DNAJA2 recombinant proteins can provide insights into the mechanisms of chaperone-mediated protein folding and the development of novel therapeutic strategies designed to enhance cellular resilience or mitigate the effects of protein misfolding diseases.
