稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
STARD10 (Steroidogenic Acute Regulatory protein-related lipid transfer domain-containing 10) is a member of the STARD protein family, which plays a crucial role in lipid transport and metabolism. Originally identified for its involvement in steroidogenesis, particularly in the transport of cholesterol to mitochondria, STARD10 has gained attention due to its potential implications in various physiological and pathological processes. Research has indicated that STARD10 is implicated in the regulation of lipid homeostasis and may influence the development of metabolic disorders, such as obesity and diabetes. Its aberrant expression has been linked to certain cancers, emphasizing its relevance in tumor biology. Furthermore, STARD10 has been shown to interact with other proteins and cellular pathways, highlighting its multifaceted role in cellular function. Investigating the structure and function of STARD10 through recombinant protein studies can provide insights into its mechanisms of action and its potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding STARD10’s role in lipid metabolism and disease states may lead to the development of novel strategies for preventing and treating metabolic and neoplastic disorders, making it a significant focus of current biomedical research.
