Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBX21, also known as T-bet, is a T-box transcription factor that plays a critical role in the differentiation and function of immune cells, particularly in regulating Th1 cell development and associated inflammatory responses. Its importance is underscored by its involvement in various autoimmune diseases and infections, where proper Th1 responses are crucial for pathogen elimination and maintaining immune homeostasis. The recombinant protein of TBX21 has been a focal point of research due to its potential applications in immunotherapy and vaccine development. By studying TBX21 in vitro and in vivo, researchers aim to elucidate its mechanisms of action and regulatory networks, which could provide insights into designing targeted therapies for conditions characterized by dysregulated immune responses, such as asthma, multiple sclerosis, and chronic infections. Furthermore, understanding TBX21's structure and function can facilitate the engineering of more effective immunomodulatory agents. Therefore, the exploration of TBX21 recombinant proteins represents a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of immune regulation and developing novel approaches to enhance immune responses or mitigate excessive inflammatory reactions.
