稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DMRTA1 (DMRT-like family A1) is a protein that belongs to the DMRT (Doublesex and Mab-3 Related Transcription factor) gene family, which plays a crucial role in sexual development and differentiation across various species. Research on DMRTA1 has gained significance due to its involvement in key biological processes, particularly in the regulation of gene expression during gonadal development. Studies suggest that DMRTA1 acts as a transcription factor that can influence the formation of male gonads, which has prompted investigations into its potential roles in sex determination and reproduction. Additionally, aberrations in DMRTA1 expression have been linked to disorders of sexual development and reproductive health issues, making it a critical focus for understanding congenital conditions. The development of recombinant DMRTA1 proteins has enabled researchers to probe its structure-function relationships, elucidate its interactions with other proteins, and explore its regulatory mechanisms. By generating and analyzing these recombinant proteins, scientists aim to gain insights into the molecular pathways associated with DMRTA1, potentially leading to therapeutic interventions for related reproductive disorders and expanding our understanding of sexual differentiation in vertebrates. Overall, the study of DMRTA1 and its recombinant forms continues to be a vital area of inquiry in developmental biology and reproductive medicine.
