Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TBX3, a member of the T-box family of transcription factors, plays a crucial role in various developmental processes and cellular functions. Its importance is highlighted in developmental biology, where it is involved in limb formation and heart development, as well as in regulating cell proliferation and differentiation. Dysregulation of TBX3 is associated with multiple diseases, including cancer, particularly in breast and pancreatic tissues, where it functions as an oncogene. The study of recombinant TBX3 protein has gained traction as it allows researchers to delve deeper into its molecular mechanisms and interactions. By producing TBX3 in a recombinant system, scientists can explore its functional properties, including DNA-binding capabilities, interaction with other regulatory proteins, and its role in transcriptional networks. Additionally, recombinant TBX3 can be used as a tool for in vivo and in vitro assays, paving the way for drug discovery and therapeutic interventions targeting TBX3-related pathways. Understanding its structure and function at a molecular level is essential for elucidating its contribution to developmental anomalies and diseases, thus underscoring the significance of TBX3 recombinant protein studies in both fundamental biology and clinical applications.
