Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
RACGAP1 (Rac GTPase-activating protein 1) is a critical regulator of cell division, particularly during cytokinesis. It plays a vital role in the formation and contraction of the contractile ring, ensuring proper separation of daughter cells. Research into RACGAP1 has gained traction due to its implications in various cellular processes, including cell migration, proliferation, and differentiation. Dysregulation of RACGAP1 has been associated with several cancers, making it a potential biomarker and therapeutic target. Studies have shown that RACGAP1 interacts with several key proteins involved in the cell cycle and signal transduction, contributing to its functions in both normal and pathological conditions. Recombinant RACGAP1 protein is increasingly being utilized in research to elucidate its structure and functional mechanisms, providing insights into its role in oncogenesis and potential treatments. Understanding RACGAP1’s interactions and regulatory pathways may enhance the development of targeted therapies for cancer and other diseases characterized by aberrant cell division.
