Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DDX24, a member of the DEAD-box RNA helicase family, plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including RNA metabolism, ribosome biogenesis, and stress response. Its involvement in the regulation of gene expression and mRNA processing has made it a focal point in the study of post-transcriptional regulation. Recent studies have suggested that DDX24 is implicated in the modulation of specific signaling pathways and has potential links to various diseases, including cancers and neurodegenerative disorders. The interest in DDX24 has led researchers to produce recombinant DDX24 protein to investigate its biochemical properties, functional mechanisms, and interactions with other cellular components. By generating this recombinant protein, researchers aim to elucidate the role of DDX24 in RNA-related processes, explore its structural characteristics, and identify potential interactions with RNA and other proteins. This research is fundamental for understanding the biological significance of DDX24 and could potentially lead to novel therapeutic approaches targeting RNA helicases in disease contexts. The study of DDX24 thus represents a significant intersection of molecular biology and therapeutic exploration, offering insights into fundamental biological processes and their implications in human health.
