Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DALRD3 (Duchenne-Associated Long-Repeat Domain Protein 3) is a protein that has garnered interest in the field of molecular biology and genetics due to its potential involvement in skeletal muscle physiology and pathologies. Research indicates that DALRD3 may play a significant role in the maintenance and regulation of muscle fibers, making it a candidate for studying diseases such as Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD), a severe genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration. The protein has a unique structural composition with multiple repeat domains, suggesting that it might interact with other cellular components or influence signaling pathways essential for muscle health. Recent studies focused on the recombinant expression of DALRD3 have aimed to elucidate its functional mechanisms through biochemical assays and structural analyses. This research is crucial for developing therapeutic strategies aimed at alleviating the symptoms of muscle diseases and enhancing our understanding of muscle biology. As researchers continue to investigate the molecular functions and interactions of DALRD3, its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in muscle-related disorders could pave the way for innovative approaches in regenerative medicine and gene therapy.
