稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CYorf15B, a gene located on chromosome Y, has gained attention in recent years due to its potential implications in male fertility and reproductive health. Research indicates that this gene is expressed in various tissues, particularly in the testis, suggesting a specific role in spermatogenesis. The protein encoded by CYorf15B is thought to involve cellular processes related to sperm development and maturation. Moreover, its position on the Y chromosome links it to factors influencing male-specific traits and disorders. Despite its significance, the functional study of CYorf15B remains limited, underscoring the necessity for detailed investigations into its biological activity. Researchers are particularly interested in producing recombinant CYorf15B protein to elucidate its structure-function relationship and explore its interactions with other proteins involved in reproductive pathways. Understanding the role of CYorf15B at the molecular level could provide insights into the mechanisms underlying male infertility and pave the way for novel therapeutic approaches for related conditions. As research progresses, elucidating the biological roles of CYorf15B may contribute to broader knowledge regarding male reproductive health and the genetic factors influencing it.
