稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DAB1 (Disabled-1) is a crucial intracellular adaptor protein that plays a significant role in neuronal development and functioning. It is part of the reelin signaling pathway, which is essential for proper brain architecture and the migration of neurons during embryonic development. Mutations or dysregulations in the DAB1 gene have been implicated in various neurodevelopmental disorders, including schizophrenia and autism spectrum disorders. Research on DAB1 recombinant proteins has gained momentum as scientists seek to elucidate its mechanistic pathways and interactions with other cellular proteins. By producing and studying recombinant DAB1, researchers aim to explore its role in synaptic plasticity, signaling cascades involved in neuronal differentiation, and potential therapeutic applications. The study of DAB1 as a recombinant protein facilitates the understanding of its structural features and functional domains, offering insights into how it mediates cellular communication and influences neurodevelopmental processes. As the scientific community continues to unravel the complexities of DAB1, its potential as a biomarker for neurodevelopmental disorders and a target for novel therapeutic strategies could pave the way for advancements in neurological research and treatment.
