Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
DKKL1 (Double PHD Fingers Family 1) is a gene that encodes a protein involved in various biological processes, including cell differentiation, proliferation, and apoptosis. It has garnered attention in recent years due to its potential role in tumor biology, particularly in the context of neuroblastoma, a common pediatric malignant tumor. Research suggests that DKKL1 may influence the Wnt signaling pathway, which is crucial for cell signaling, development, and cancer progression. Aberrant regulation of this pathway is often implicated in cancer metastasis and poor patient prognosis. Studies have shown that DKKL1 expression levels can impact tumor behavior and patient survival, indicating its potential as a biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis in neuroblastoma and possibly other cancers. The development of recombinant DKKL1 protein provides a valuable tool for elucidating its biological functions and interactions at the molecular level. By producing the recombinant protein in a controlled environment, researchers can study its effects on cellular mechanisms and explore its therapeutic potential. Investigations into DKKL1 not only enhance our understanding of tumor biology but also open avenues for developing targeted therapies that could improve outcomes for patients with neuroblastoma and other malignancies. Further exploration of DKKL1’s structure-function relationships and its role in signaling pathways could lead to novel therapeutic strategies and contribute to the overarching goal of precision medicine in oncology.
