Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCC12, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter superfamily, has garnered significant attention in recent years due to its potential roles in various physiological and pathological processes. Research indicates that ABCC12 may be involved in the transport of an array of substrates, including lipids, drugs, and metabolites, which implicates it in drug resistance and cellular detoxification mechanisms. Moreover, its expression patterns in various tissues suggest that ABCC12 could play critical roles in tissue homeostasis and physiological functions, particularly in the liver and kidneys. Investigations into ABCC12 have also highlighted its involvement in specific diseases, including cancer and metabolic disorders, where altered expression may contribute to disease progression and treatment outcomes. The elucidation of its functional mechanisms and substrate specificity is essential for understanding its biological significance. Therefore, the recombinant expression of ABCC12 protein allows researchers to study its structure-function relationships in detail, facilitating insights into its biochemical properties and interactions. Overall, the study of ABCC12 and its recombinant protein provides a promising avenue for advancing our knowledge of ABC transporters and their implications in health and disease.
