稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
ABCC13, a member of the ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporter family, plays a critical role in various cellular processes, including drug transport, metabolism, and signal transduction. Research into ABCC13 has gained momentum due to its potential implications in pharmacogenomics and its role in the development of resistance to chemotherapy. Unlike other well-characterized ABC transporters, the biological function and substrate specificity of ABCC13 remain largely unexplored. Initial studies suggest that it may be involved in the transport of organic anions, influencing the efficacy of therapeutic agents. Furthermore, aberrations in the expression levels of ABCC13 have been associated with certain diseases, indicating that understanding its precise function could lead to novel therapeutic strategies. The recombinant expression of ABCC13 protein is essential for comprehensive functional studies, enabling researchers to elucidate the transport mechanisms and identify potential substrates. By producing and characterizing ABCC13 in a recombinant system, scientists aim to advance our understanding of its role in cellular physiology and pathology, which could contribute to the development of more effective treatments in drug-resistant cancers and other related conditions.
