稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
PSMC3, part of the 26S proteasome complex, plays a crucial role in protein degradation and regulation within the cell. Research into PSMC3 has become increasingly important due to its involvement in various cellular processes, including the modulation of the cell cycle, stress responses, and apoptosis. Abnormalities in proteasome activity, where PSMC3 is key, have been linked to numerous diseases, particularly cancers, neurodegenerative disorders, and autoimmune conditions. Understanding the structure and function of PSMC3 can provide insight into its role in these diseases, and potentially lead to the development of novel therapeutic strategies. The expression and purification of recombinant PSMC3 is essential for functional studies, allowing researchers to investigate its enzymatic mechanisms and interactions with other cellular components. By examining the post-translational modifications and conformational properties of PSMC3, scientists aim to uncover the nuances of its activity and regulation. Through such research, PSMC3 may emerge as a promising target for drug development, particularly in conditions where proteasome dysfunction is implicated. Overall, the study of recombinant PSMC3 holds significant promise for advancing our understanding of cellular regulation and the development of innovative therapeutic approaches.
