Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CSTF2T, a member of the cleavage stimulation factor (CSTF) family, plays a crucial role in the regulation of pre-mRNA processing, particularly in the cleavage and polyadenylation of nuclear transcripts. This protein is integral to the post-transcriptional modification of mRNA, influencing gene expression and the stability of transcripts. Aberrant regulation of CSTF2T has been implicated in various diseases, including cancer, where it can affect the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppressors. The study of CSTF2T recombinant protein is significant for understanding its functional mechanisms and its interactions in the RNA maturation process. Researchers utilize recombinant CSTF2T to explore its structure-function relationships, elucidate its role in the spliceosome assembly, and assess its potential as a therapeutic target. Recent advancements in protein expression systems have facilitated the production of high-purity CSTF2T, enabling detailed biochemical assays, structural analysis, and potential applications in gene therapy. Investigating this protein's dynamics in cellular contexts will further elucidate its contributions to the post-transcriptional landscape and its implications in human health and disease.
