Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HopM1 is a type III secreted effector protein derived from the plant pathogen *Pseudomonas syringae*, which plays a crucial role in the interaction between the pathogen and its plant host. Research on HopM1 has gained significant attention due to its involvement in the manipulation of host cellular processes, particularly in the suppression of immune responses. This effector protein is known to target specific plant proteins, leading to altered cell signaling pathways that facilitate pathogen colonization. Understanding the mechanisms of action of HopM1 is essential for elucidating the broader strategies employed by *Pseudomonas syringae* to overcome plant defenses. Moreover, revealing the molecular interactions between HopM1 and host proteins can provide insights into the evolutionary dynamics of plant-pathogen interactions and contribute to the development of resistant crop varieties. As agricultural practices increasingly confront challenges posed by plant diseases, exploring the functional characteristics of effector proteins like HopM1 is vital for advancing disease management strategies and enhancing crop resilience. Thus, the study of HopM1 not only contributes to fundamental biological knowledge but also holds practical implications for improving agricultural sustainability and food security.
