稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CRB3, or Crumbs homolog 3, is a protein that plays a crucial role in the regulation of cell polarity and tissue integrity, particularly within epithelial cells. As a member of the Crumbs protein family, CRB3 is essential for the maintenance of apical-basal polarity, which is vital for proper cellular function and organization in various tissues. Research has highlighted its involvement in processes such as signal transduction, cell proliferation, and differentiation. Given its significance in maintaining epithelial integrity, CRB3 has garnered interest in cancer research, as alterations in its expression and function can contribute to tumorigenesis and metastasis. Understanding the interactions of CRB3 with other cellular components and its signaling pathways could provide insights into various diseases, including cancer and developmental disorders. The recombinant expression of CRB3 allows for the exploration of its structural and functional properties in vitro, facilitating the study of its mechanisms of action. Thus, CRB3 serves as a promising target for therapeutic interventions aimed at restoring normal cellular functions in diseased states. Current research aims to elucidate the precise biological roles of CRB3 and its potential as a biomarker or therapeutic target in cancer and other pathologies influenced by cell polarity and epithelial integrity.
