Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
HSPF2, or Heat Shock Protein Family F Member 2, is a member of the heat shock protein family, which plays a crucial role in protein folding, protection from stress, and regulation of cellular processes. Research on HSPF2 has gained attention due to its involvement in various cellular functions and its potential implications in diseases such as cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and other stress-related conditions. The protein is primarily expressed in testicular tissues, but its expression in other tissues suggests broader biological significance. Recombinant HSPF2 protein allows researchers to study its structural and functional properties in vitro, facilitating a better understanding of its role in stress response mechanisms and cellular homeostasis. Studies have also indicated that HSPF2 may interact with other proteins involved in signaling pathways, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic target or biomarker. The exploration of HSPF2 recombinant protein not only advances our knowledge of heat shock proteins but also opens new avenues for developing targeted therapies for diseases associated with protein misfolding and stress responses.
