稳定性测试
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
保存条件 & 期限
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
运输条件
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CPNE6 (Copine 6) is a member of the copine family of proteins, characterized by the presence of two contiguous C2-like domains and a von Willebrand factor A (vWF-A) domain. It is believed to play a crucial role in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, membrane trafficking, and cytoskeletal dynamics. Recent studies have indicated that CPNE6 may be involved in neuronal function and development, potentially influencing synaptic plasticity and learning. Given its involvement in cellular signaling and the nervous system, there is significant interest in investigating the molecular mechanisms underlying CPNE6's function and its potential implications in neurodegenerative diseases and psychiatric disorders. Researchers are particularly focused on the development of recombinant CPNE6 protein, which could serve as a powerful tool for functional assays, biochemical studies, and structural analysis. By producing and characterizing this protein, scientists aim to elucidate its interactions with other cellular components and its role in disease contexts, thereby advancing our understanding of its biological significance and therapeutic potential. As such, the study of CPNE6 and its recombinant protein forms represents an exciting frontier in molecular biology and neuroscience.
