Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
SH3RF2 (SH3 Domain Containing Ring Finger 2) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase that plays a critical role in the ubiquitination process, which is essential for protein degradation, signal transduction, and various cellular processes. Recent studies have highlighted its involvement in modulating cellular responses to stress, regulating immune system functions, and influencing various pathological conditions, including cancer. Research has shown that SH3RF2 can interact with different signaling pathways, linking it to the modulation of cell proliferation and apoptosis. Its dysregulation has been implicated in several diseases, prompting investigations into its functional mechanisms and potential as a therapeutic target. Understanding SH3RF2’s structure and function is vital for elucidating its role in cellular homeostasis and disease progression, making it a crucial focus for researchers aiming to develop novel strategies for intervention in relevant pathologies. Thus, the study of SH3RF2 recombinant proteins not only advances our comprehension of ubiquitination but also facilitates the exploration of innovative treatments for diseases associated with its dysfunction.
