Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
FLT1, also known as vascular endothelial growth factor receptor 1 (VEGFR-1), plays a critical role in angiogenesis and the regulation of vascular permeability. It is essential for both normal physiological processes and pathological conditions, such as tumor progression and inflammation. Research has increasingly focused on FLT1 due to its dual role as a receptor for VEGF and as a modulator of VEGF signaling pathways. The recombinant protein of FLT1, often produced through genetic engineering techniques, allows for in-depth studies on its structure-function relationship, binding affinity to ligands, and downstream signaling mechanisms. Such studies can provide insights into how FLT1 interacts with various angiogenic factors, influencing vascular development and contributing to disease states. Additionally, FLT1 receptors have been implicated as potential therapeutic targets in cancer and other diseases characterized by abnormal angiogenesis. By developing and studying FLT1 recombinant proteins, researchers aim to elucidate its biological functions further, enhance our understanding of angiogenesis, and explore strategies for novel therapeutic interventions that could mitigate diseases associated with vascular dysregulation. This growing body of research underscores the importance of FLT1 in both fundamental biology and translational medicine.
