Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
-
Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
TAOK3 (TAO Kinase 3) is a member of the TAO kinase family, which plays a crucial role in various cellular processes, including apoptosis, cytoskeletal organization, and signal transduction. Research into TAOK3 has gained prominence due to its potential involvement in neurodegenerative diseases and cancer. Studies have shown that TAOK3 is implicated in the regulation of microtubule dynamics and has been associated with neurodevelopmental disorders, such as autism. The protein is thought to be a key mediator in stress response pathways, particularly those activated by the accumulation of cellular stressors. Given its multifaceted roles in cell signaling and stability, the exploration of TAOK3 as a therapeutic target has become increasingly relevant. The ability to generate recombinant TAOK3 protein is vital for elucidating its structure-function relationships, understanding its biochemical activity, and investigating its interactions with other cellular proteins. Additionally, developing high-yield expression systems enables researchers to obtain sufficiently pure protein for functional assays and structural analyses. This research not only aims to clarify the biological significance of TAOK3 but also seeks to identify potential avenues for drug development and therapeutic intervention in diseases where TAOK3 is disrupted. Understanding TAOK3’s role at the molecular level could pave the way for innovative strategies in treating conditions that are currently difficult to manage.
