Stability Test
The thermal stability is described by the loss rate. The loss rate was determined by accelerated thermal degradation test, that is, incubate the protein at 37℃ for 48h, and no obvious degradation and precipitation were observed. The loss rate isless than 8% within the expiration date under appropriate storage condition.
-
Storage & Shelf Life
Samples are stable for up to twelve months from date of receipt at -20℃ to -80℃. Store it under sterile conditions at -20℃ to -80℃. It is recommended that the protein be aliquoted for optimal storage. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

Shipping
In general, recombinant proteins are supplied as lyophilized powder and shipped at ambient temperature. For bulk packages, the proteins are provided as frozen liquid and shipped with blue ice, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Protein Description
CNTD (Cytokine Neutralizing Toxin Domain) recombinant protein research is driven by the need to understand and combat various diseases, particularly those involving immune system dysfunctions. As a part of ongoing efforts to develop targeted therapies, CNTD proteins are engineered to neutralize specific cytokines that are implicated in inflammation and autoimmune disorders. Cytokines are critical signaling molecules in the immune system, but their dysregulation can lead to excessive inflammation and tissue damage. By creating recombinant variants of these proteins, researchers aim to study their interactions and mechanisms in detail. This research not only enhances our understanding of cytokine biology but also paves the way for potential therapeutic applications, such as designing biologics that can selectively inhibit harmful cytokine pathways. The significance of CNTD proteins extends beyond basic science; they hold promise for developing innovative treatments for conditions like rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, and other chronic inflammatory diseases, ultimately improving patient outcomes and quality of life. As advanced biotechnological methods continue to evolve, the potential for CNTD-based therapeutics becomes increasingly valuable, making research in this area both timely and crucial.
